Health Club Attendant Job Desc


Position:                    Health Club Attendant
Level:                        1a
Reports to:                Health Club Manager
Responsible for:        Cleaning & keeping in order Health Club Area
Unit:                          Multi Unit

Main Role & Objectives:
Ø  Keep health club and pool clean and in order
Ø  Ensure the welfare of guest
Ø  Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by supervisors in the both properties

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

HEALTH CLUB (Pool house, health club and fitness centre lobbies, lockers rooms, hammams, reception, exercise room, massage room, aerobic room, toilets

Ø  Keep all areas clean following the hygienic rules
Ø  Keep all area in order
Ø  Refill soap, toilet paper and other dispensers
Ø  Help the if necessary the receptionist
Ø  Ensure the Guest welfare giving help if needed


POOL AREA
Ø  Keep clear the pool’s water taking of all rubbish
Ø  Control the quality of water
Ø  Advise the Health Club Manager in case of problem with the quality of the water
Ø  Keep the pool area clean: floor, garden or plants
Ø  Keep the pool area in order: chairs, tables
Ø  Help the pool bar tender to clean up and reset tables
Ø  Collect the dirty towels and bring them in the housekeeping trolley
Ø  Be able to cover other jobs when necessary


Gym and Fitness Co-ordinator Job Desc


Position:                    Gym  and Fitness Co-ordinator
Level:                        1c
Reports to:                Health Club Manager
Responsible for:        Aerobic and Fitness courses
Unit:                          Multi Unit

Main Role & Objectives:
Ø  Assure the welfare of guest at the Health Club at all times
Ø  Provide Aerobic and gym courses
Ø  Take part in organizing entertainment and participate
Ø  Able to replace the Health Club Manager when absent
Ø  Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Managers in the both properties

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Ø  Welcome the guests and ensure their welfare.
Ø  Be informed about hotel activities and figures
Ø  Organise personal trainings
Ø  Organise Aerobic sessions
Ø  Give the guest the best service possible
Ø  Understand and comply with all health and safety regulations for the Centre
Ø  Establish good working relationships with the guests
Ø  Forward all relevant information to the other departments in the hotel
Ø  Check the cleanliness of the workspace following the hygienic rules.
Ø  Keep all areas clean.
Ø  Take part in internal training sessions
Ø  Take care with receptionist of the follow up of the courses appointment register
Ø  In charge of the follow up of the consumables stock
Ø  Ensure proper functioning of the gym equipments in connection with engineering
Ø  Be able to replace receptionist if necessary
Ø  Be able to replace the masseuse or any other employee when requested

Driver Job Desc


Position:                    Driver
Level:                        2c
Reports to:                Bell Supervisor/ Captain, Security Manager
Responsible for:        Guests transportation, good car condition.
Unit:                          Multi Unit

Main Role & Objectives:
Ø  Responsible for welcoming and transporting guests to and from the hotel.
Ø  Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by supervisors in the both properties

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Ø  Take care of vehicle assigned and report to the Chief of Security
Ø  Wash car and fills up petrol regularly and report to the Chief of Security
Ø  Enter in the logbook all trip’s made: departure time, mileage, time of return, purpose of trip etc…
Ø  Follow strictly the procedure concerning GSM
Ø  Liase with the Bell Captain for all work details
Ø  Work in co-operation with all other departments in the hotel
Ø  Take part in internal training sessions and any training courses related to the day-to-day work
Ø  Report any accident involving hotel’s car to the FOM
Ø  Project a good image of the hotel by the way he keeps his car, his dressing and attitude
Ø  Night work
Ø  May be required to work for another department for a fixed period
Ø  Work on Weekends and Public Holidays
Ø  Provide room service as well as duties of Car Park Attendant/ Baggage Handler and Porter during the night duty
Ø  May be assigned to carry out jobs for hotel as well as customers
Ø  Observe traffic rules and regulations
Ø  Assist in loading and unloading baggage to and from the vehicles
Ø  Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by supervisor
